Save editor

i just lost a good part of my safe because of the steam cloud bug, which sucks but what can you do.

Anyways, what I thought I could do is just edit the save, I know there`s an unlock all feature but I wanna keep the challenge of unlocking some stuff like the golden stake and other rare things, does anyone know if there`s a way to selective unlock stuff?
