Is the Mac version of Balatro ACTUALLY stable?

I've been looking forward to this game coming out for a while, despite there not being a Mac version of the demo available. Kinda gave up on release day when there was no longer a Mac version being advertised, only for that Mac version to me listed more than a week later. I almost bought the game, but seeing several posts about the Mac version crashing; during gameplay or immediately upon launch, forced me to reconsider. From March 2nd-March 18th there is a mix of posts claiming it's busted and others claiming it's fixed.

So for anyone playing this on a Mac;

1) Does Balatro work on your Mac?

2) What version of MacOS are you running?

Update #1 (Mar 25, 2024): Bought the game, played it, and zero bugs or crashing. I will provide additional updates if there is any issue.

Update #2 (Apr 1, 2024): Been playing Balatro for a week now and still not a single bug. Since I didn't mention it earlier, I'm running Ventura 13.6.3 on my Mac. Not sure what issue folks were running into with their own machines, but I'm having a blast! I don't expect to encounter any bugs, unless there's an OS update or Steam update requiring the devs to release a patch. So, this is likely it for this post. Hope this brief log helps other folks with the same question I had. Laters ;)

Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1 Works like a charm. 20h in and didnt have a single bug or glitch.

MacOS Sonoma here, haven't encountered any issues either.

Not a single bug or crash here. I'm using an M2 Pro mac mini with the most recent OS update. Plays just great for me.
