I think launching a game from another Steam account on the same PC might delete the other person saves

So, my GF and I both play on the same computer, but have separate Steam Account. However, the game doesn't differentiate save based on steam account, and just save everything to [USER]/AppData/Roaming/Balatro/[SAVE_ID] (Save ID being Profile 1, 2 or 3)

I realized after launching the game on MY Steam account that save folder 1 & 3 were both empty, but my GF used both of those profiles on her steam account.

While this isn't too much of a problem when using Steam Cloud, if you disable Steam Cloud or if there's ever a sync problem with steam cloud, playing the game on a different steam account on the same PC might delete the first person save data.

Is there any way to make sure this doesn't happen ?
