The game need chip multiplication joker as counters?
I wonder why there isn't such a thing in the current game?

Because that's what Mult does. It multiplies your chips to give you your score.

There's also the fact that chips are already scaled way higher than mult. A decent +mult joker gives you +20. The weakest single +chips bonus joker gives you +50. For mult that would be well powered up Fortune Teller territory. The chips bonus per planet card is also generally 10x higher.
Any joker that directly multiplies your current chips count like an xmult does would be ten times stronger than an xmult joker.

Also, unless you're playing the Plasma Deck, for which X Chips would arguably be overpowered, X Chips and X Mult would be mathematically the same, provided you don't have any flat chips or flat mult after them.

I can sense that this thread's going to be very entertaining very soon.

What I really mean is that when people are trying to get > 100 million scores, the only way to do is to stack multiplication multipliers, there's literally nothing on the chips side to play with on equal term, AFAIK that is... This is what I'm talking about with this thread

Mathematically it would be identical to xMult.

Lets say you have a hand worth 100 chips and 10 mult. 1000 chips overall. Add a x2 Mult and its now 100x10x2, or 2000 chips.

But what if you add a 2x Chip Mult? It's now 100x2x10, or 2000 chips. It's exactly the same. Literally only makes a difference with Plasma.

That's what the multiplier is doing

Like Cycleer and now Arzaac already said, it's mathematically the same outside of Plasma Deck, where the main difficulty comes from switching from chips to mult partway through the run. With xchips jokers it'd become a total cakewalk.
Chips jokers have their purpose, and a good +chips joker can be stronger than a +mult joker in plenty of scenarios (especially if you're starved on hand level). But an xchips joker wouldn't give anything the same multiplier on xmult wouldn't.
