i spent three days rerolling ghost and then later gold deck hoping for an eternal madness in the first two stores but no luck. saw eight madnesses total. Honestly i'm pretty disappointed in the eight times I saw a regular madness and rode it out with any eternals i could buy as it doesn't really keep up even if you take every blind. If it was madness, squared, or cubed, though. surely that would do it?
100 million in a single hand is really hard to do!

Fill your hand with glass cards, have a few steels and a decent lineup of jokers, and you'll get it.

All my glass cards break immediately. i've never even had one live to get duplicated.

If you're wedded to one strategy alone then of course you're not gonna get it. Several methods can work, but I've found the easiest to be duplicating as many steel kings as you can, then find the Baron and/or Mime jokers and just play high card.

I understand what you are going for, but not playing on white stake when all you want is a high score is not the good approach.

Stop using them then. Stop using them until you've got them all duplicated and ready. You're not forced to use them every single hand to just beat the game normally, on white stake it should be trivial to live until ante 11 without using a single one ever even if you keep discarding them.

There are probably a bunch of ways to do it but I did it by stacking Steel + Red Seal cards with Abandoned Deck. It's a 40 card deck, meaning once you can manage to get a Steel card + Red seal its a lot easier to dig through the deck to copy it with Deaths/Fools/DNA/Cryptid. Obviously still a strategy that takes a lot of luck, but it works reasonably well.

Ghost Deck probably works well too with its abundance of spectral cards. Maybe the zodiac deck? That starts with 2 fools, which basically means 2 extra deaths once you find your first.

If you can manage to pivot from chip bonuses to mult bonuses at some point, the plasma deck is the best option when going for high score. Not even close. It's the 14th deck, worth unlocking if you're struggling with 100M hand. What is very roughly a 5M hand with other decks can be a 100M hand with plasma.
