why does it open when i launch the game ?

Should only open when the game's set to not be in "Release Mode", which in turn allows some debugging functionality. Did you modify the game files in any way?

Command prompt briefly opens for me as well when starting the game, nothing modified.

its not just me though i bought the game and never touched the game files
