See past boss blinds mid-run?

Is there a way to check the boss blinds from past antes during a run? (So you know if they still might pop up later in the run). Boss blinds never repeat even if you re-roll them, right? They're removed from the pool for the rest of the run?

I think this is not true if you use the voucher to lower the ante.
