I thought that was just a card to complete your collection. I thought when you bought it, it would randomly make you go into debt each round 'up to' -$20 as a troll card. I didn't realize it LET'S you buy even when you have no money.

Interesting idea! Never considered that one, I'll have to try and remember that though it's a really specific situation.

There's also that challenge where each $5 gives you -1 hand size. I had a fun run there with credit card and an econ joker, each round I'd have 13 or 14 hand size, get a bunch of money, and spend it all down (close) to -$20 to both scale and regain the hand size.

It's great when you have vagabond and need to make sure you stay at or below $3. That said, yeah it's usually a pretty weak joker that damages your long-term econ.
