Flush Five Doesn't Trigger Flushed Achievement

I played a flush five with 5 wild 10s and I didn't get the flush achievement.

I know semantically the achievement says to play a flush, but if this is intentional it feels a bit mean, when I played it I thought it would count.

Ouch, that was a somewhat painful achievement to grind for. That said, it does say a flush and not "a hand that includes a flush" so it's probably meant to have to be an actual flush. If you can get a flush five I can't imagine it's that much harder to get a regular flush if the run is still ongoing though, just strength a 10 or something.

I just ran into this today as well. It was already a pain trying to get 5 wilds in the deck, but it sucks that flush fives & flush houses don't count for this achievement.

Anything that requires *specific* hands will require said hand to work. Straight Flush and Royal Flush are pretty much the same since they share planet cards, but to unlock stuff that requires playing and discarding Royal Flush, you MUST play/discard said hand. Same deal here, sadly.

This wasn't too bad using the magic deck tbh, as after finding one lovers card you use the fools to get two more, then it's just a case of either finding another two of them, or a couple of deaths to copy your existing wild cards.

Also make sure to keep your 5th lovers/death card spare, as it's much easier to draw 4 existing wild cards and use it then to get the 5th, than to draw all 5 through plays/discards alone. You'll get it, don't worry!

I had today in 3 blinds 5 caro wildcards but it didnt triggered the achievment. I had it during a challenge run are achievments deacticated there?

Yes, challenge and seeded runs both disable achievements and unlocks.

Dang, I just ran into this too, because when I looked at the achievement a few days ago, my brain only register the part 'play five wilds', so that's what I've been trying to do, but I naturally gravitate towards playing the same card, so I made five wild jacks.
