What is Double Tag?

I have unlocked the last deck of the demo, and it says that after each boss blind I get a double tag, I have no idea of what it is.

I defeated 3 boss blinds and made zero difference in the game, it's like I am playing with the regular starting deck.

The second deck (magic deck) is still the best in the demo.

If you skip a blind instead of playing a round you receive a special Tag which give various benefits such as doubling your cash or spawning a negative joker in the next shop.

A Double Tag is one of these you can get and that special deck gives you a bonus Double Tag after every boss. The Double Tag is used when you activate another Tag and then doubles its effects. It would double your cash twice, or spawn 2 negative jokers in the next shop.

In your example you had 3 Double Tags stacked up, this would have given a massive bonus if you had skipped a blind as it would've duplicsted its effects 3 additional times. Imagine a deck with 4 negative jokers letting you hold 9 Joker cards total and you can see the possibilities for this deck.

Also might be nice for anyone searching this question and finding this thread to know that tags are used up as they can, not necessarily when they're made. So if you get 3 negative joker tags, and only one joker in the next shop, it will use one of those tags to make it negative. You then keep the other two tags until you reroll or go to the next shop.

Thanks for the answers guys, I got the hang of the tags now. I noticed that SB, BB have their prizes for skipping, and that's gonna be multiplied by the amount of tags you accumulated.

I was then able to finish the demo a while ago!! Took the straight to Lv. 14 and also had a nice group of multiplying jokers.

Very powerful build, I had the jokers mult. even and odds, and had the jokers which allowed me to make flushes and straights with 4 cards and also make straights with 1 rank gap.

I just tried this and it's not what happened for me. Even when using double tag, both tags got used up the moment I skipped the blind. I am playing on mobile (Google play store version).

Thanks for the tips on the tags anyways, I was a bit lost!

Double Tag : gives a copy of the next selected Tag.

All Double tags you have are transformed immediately. Depending on what tag they become, they'll get used immediately or not. Orbital tags would all be used instantly. Investment tag has no way to be used immediately, you have to defeat a Boss Blind first. Tags that affect the next joker in shop are used one by one. If you have 12 Holo tags, you won't use them all at once. You'll enter a shop, use none (no joker in shop) or maybe use 1-2. If you reroll the shop, you'll use tags again (or not, if no joker). If you still have some unused tags when exiting the shop, they'll apply to the next shop you enter. Etc.
