Red Seal
What does it mean to 'retrigger' a card? Trigger the *other* effects on the card a second time if you play the card in your hand?

A retriggered card applies all its effects twice. For instance, if you have Even Steven and play a red seal glass 2, you get +4 mult from even steven, +2 chips from the 2, x2 mult from the glass card, it checks if it breaks, if not then you get +4 mult from ES again, +2 chips again, x2 mult from the glass card again, and it checks if it breaks again. The red seal itself only activates once of course else it'd never end. I'm actually not sure what happens with a red seal and the Hack joker, it could trigger twice, three times, or four times.
So basically, any benefit triggers twice, but any risk does as well.

It does have to be actually part of the legal hand, so two pair + a random red seal card doesn't retrigger, and I'm pretty sure a debuffed card (for instance on the Clubs boss) would ignore the red seal like it would any other buff.

Edit: I'm not pretty sure I was wrong about it checking to break twice actually, fixed the text. You can have as many triggers on a card as you want, and it'll only break at the end. Not 100% sure if it does increase the odds of it breaking or not but I think not. There's specific other things that increase odds, like the joker "Oops! All sixes"

Thanks, that explains everything perfectly. They should pay you to write an in-game encyclopedia! :-)

Thanks.

There should really be a page where it lists all the Terms, and explains them.
