There's a couple games where you you can circle around but Poker isn't one (I've never heard of any varient that allows it, though there's a lot of varients out there).
I could see it, but would it be worth taking up a slot?
If it would also always be a negative joker (+1 joker slot), then the only cost is the money you spend on it. Then it would be worth taking if you go for straights.
Not sure if there is a limit on the number of negative jokers you can have at once, though.
