Reaching billions or E-numbers is almost only possible using jokers that trigger on cards and making trigger multiple times (Like triboulet and bloodstone). You can correct me if I am wrong about this
Eventually I swapped the 50/50 one once I had so many purple stamps that I could spawn endless tarot cards for a joker that helped me thin my deck. The endless tarot cards would throw random buffs onto my cards, which would then get sucked out by my vampire. My deck was 100% hearts and I put all of my planets into flushes. Sadly, couldn't quite beat the scaling on ante rank 12. It jumps suddenly from like 20 million for the 11-ante boss to 300 freaking million for the first round of rank 12, and I fell about 12 million short.
(mine was 2.5e13 before uninstalling, so 25 trillion I guess)
this was a "Baron w/ steel red seal kings" build, I had both blueprint and brainstorm, as well as negative DNA. so I could create 3 red seal steel kings at the start of every round, then sort my jokers so that blueprint and brainstorm copied Baron, resulting in each steel king triggering i think 6 times total due to the red seals.

It was a 2-pair Nebula Deck with Observatory, two Uranus cards, Hanging Chad with a Glass King and 2 Steel cards. I forget what the other Jokers were.
My top score is 2.519e54
300 hours in and I finally got a Perkeo+Telescope start.
