Same issue here, only in full screen. Did not happen in either demo version. If I bring up the Nvidia overlay, I can see the mouse in that.

if you tab out and click into balatro through the task bar it works!

I've tried all of the above, different monitors, different resolutions. If it's fullscreen or borderless fullscreen. Mouse cursor is gone. Shift+Tab into steam also shows it as gone.

Does the game have a HIDE THE CURSOR if you use a controller? I'm not using the controller, but that seems like a reason to cause this.

I think I decided to play in windowed mode to fix it. I think I misremembered what fixed it earlier.

I think I decided to play in windowed mode to fix it. I think I misremembered what fixed it earlier.

Yeah window mode works, but I'm not trying to play in window mode if possible.

I had the issue in the demo after ~5 hours of playing last week. ~Two weeks ago the demo worked fine. I'm on windows insider and my windows has been updated since I first played Balatro and I think an nvidia graphics driver has been release since I played the demo a few weeks ago.

The full release has never shown a mouse cursor for me. I guess I try to find an .ini settings and start messing around in there.

I've tried every mouse port, a different mouse, different driver, no driver, nvidia settings, windows settings, backwards compatibility settings, disable Game performance mode in windows 11, a different monitor, different refresh rates, disabling gsync... just to name a few.

I have 3000+ games and this is literally the first game I've had this issue in. I'm still playing the game but man sucks to be staring at my taskbar or empty space where my taskbar would be..(the game doesn't fill the auto hide taskbar spot in windows 11).

Yeah I had a similar thing happen, it was fine for a while but one day my mouse just stopped showing up and I had to switch to windowed. I haven't tried fullscreen in the full version, so maybe it's different? I don't know, I'll check in a bit.

In the full version, my mouse is no longer missing when I use fullscreen. Not sure what could have changed.

It doesn't work except for in window. Borderless fullscreen and fullscreen both have no mouse cursor still for me.

I'm having this issue as well.

Edit: Apparently this was caused by something in a windows update from the insider's preview build. After going back to the stable branch (could also work with beta?) I'm not having this issue anymore.
