Restarting the game

Hello everyone, i have a quick question. Im trying to restart the game, i always start a new game by going in, seeing how it looks/feels and then u know, go around a bit and when im good, i restart the game from the begining. The problem here is that there isnt any option to restart the game. Soon as i "press any button" it takes me to the last save loc. Id keep playing but i dont know whats going on in the story.

Ive never seen this lol, but yeah, anything i can do to restart the game from the beginning?

You can restart by pausing the game > Going to "Settings" > Going to "Profiles"

Once you're there you can start a new profile, or restart your current profile.

I think it's in the options menu you have the option to restart. Just kinda meander through the menu (esc), it's in there somewhere.
