Glitch- Infinite Weeds
I encountered an infinite weed battle while I was recording a run using all 10 Limiters. Spent several minutes fighting them before giving up on getting through them.

I believe it's actually a bug involving the corrupted cells, it seems that weeds respawn from them when they aren't supposed to, so to fully finish them off you have to pick up the corrupted cells as well.

I can confirm that doesn't work, found this glitch precisely in this part. At first for some reason I thought they rewspawned from corrupt cells too, even when they don't even spam in the same location. But they just keep respawning whether you grab the corrupt cells (if you grab them on turn() it doesn't seem to hurt you) or not.

Don't waste your time and just restart.

I ran into this aswell so turned off the limiters and did the fight without any. Do I now have to do 5 fights in a row with all 10 or does it keep track of the 3 I've already done?

I believe it's 5 in a row.

I ran into this as well one time in but I was able to mow them all down eventually. If your in recursion mode stack your bounce with bounce and spark = ungodly amounts of broken AoE. This was enough to kill all the weeds at once. It did take a good few minutes but eventually they stopped regrowing. I think this game only lets cells respawn so many times.

Oh crap, so it was possible? I tried for almost an half an hour I think and literally mowed them all down consistenly but they just kept respwaning. I did thin out their numbers (had 8 of those at one point) so I thought it was possible, but they seemed to respawn before i could use turn () to grab all cells before any new weed appeared.

Would have liked to see how much exp that'd had given.

It keeps track. I would do a fight, usually lose a function, turn off Limiters and wander a bit. Once all of my functions were back, I'd turn all 10 limiters back on and do another fight.

I've run into this as well. I'll be "done" with a fight save for seemingly endless Weeds. In the end, I wound-up fighting the Weeds longer than the fight itself lasted, and I think I had killed around 40 by the time they finally stopped spawning and the fight ended.
