I just started playing the game tonight and I hear ya to a point. She is a pain but not undoable. I lost one of my skills fighting her but never died fully. I suggest that you use Junt, A LOT! And if you have the "love" upgrade, the upgrade that turns an emeny to fight for you, put it on your base attack and start using that vs the minons. Using that with Junt will help you a lot. And just a heads up there are liek 4 or 5 forms to her, so be ready for a nice fight.

Switch (the function being referred to) is especially helpful against the Cheerleaders, as it turns their shields to you. You can also use it on Weeds to heal yourself.

Spark(Mask) is exceptionally effective against Sybil, so long as she isn't being healed.

If I recall correctly, you can also dodge her lunges with Jaunt if you time it right.

You remember correctly. Personally, I like to keep away from her until she starts her lunging attack (The animation is pretty obvious and announces the attack in time, just keep an eye on her) then Jaunt() behind her, backstab her a few times with Crash Breach Breach; then start over. Your Turn() should have just enough time to do this and get away safely to recharge.

I just use the Jaunt function with the Turn-based combat to get behind her everytime and get the breach function in her back multiple times... then use jaunt again till my next "turn" was on :P
Hope it gets useful the tip!

P.S: for the next battles I suggest you to use Jaunt + Purge, it gets really useful even for make more slower and left them "damage per second" while you run ^^
