Once you unlock all the functions, you start unlocking a *second* copy of every function, so you can have one version of function equipped as a weapon, with another version of that same function equipped as a enhancement/passive. There's also more challenges to unlock/complete in the side rooms and a few very minor changes to the story at the start.

They appear on a third/fourth row when you're changing your loadout at Access Points, scroll down and you'll find them.

Will look today, thank you for the good tip!

Is there any reward in beating the game twice, or beating it with all the transistors activated?

There's an achievement for beating New Game+, plus a few more which can only be unlocked in New Game+ (complete all Sandbox tests, reach level 24, complete 5 encounters with all Limiters active). That's about it, I think.

Hmmm, really disappointed with how short the game is being a artistic masterpiece. :/

You should really try a New Game+ because most advanced builds shine in the second run. I usually do even a third. This game is ment to be played this way... You will not be disappointed ;P

i did 2.5 runs to 100% it, but that's a poor excuse of game filler.

The game is light on content, but let's be honest: The gameplay is not that super enjoyable. The enemies are annoying, and the turn system simply doesn't work the way it should half the time. Not to mention since you can't zoom in, you sometimes can't even see which enemy you are damaging. This barely working battle system is better by not overstaying its welcome. The devs probably knew this.

Disagree. Probably one of the tightest, most elegant gameplay designs I've ever seen.
