That's not how inbreeding works. The chances of Andrew and Ashley having a deformed kid are around 20 percent so about the same as a regular person with recessive genes. Deformed children typically doesn't happen until around the 4th or 5th generation of incest which the Grave family clearly haven't been doing. So if anything, Andrew would lie and keep that info to himself so Ashley doesn't get excited by the idea

20% is already too much, plus we don't know if any of them carry recessive genes. Most people carry it.
Anyway, you need to be a huge ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to be aware that your child has 20% of being born ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and still giving birth.
