Title says all. No wind SFX, no atmospheric SFX... It's just completely quiet if you turn music off.

There should be a bunch, but they're area based, so if you walk around you'll walk into them and they'll play.
It wasn't uncommon to walk through utter silence. A basic wind/grass sfx would at least get rid of total silence.
