Food poison

I got food poisoned and have used (blue) vial that says antidote + all other medicine i could get my hands on (in real life i would overdose by now)
this is in story mode and is happening to my character, the screen is flashing green indicating i have been poisoned.

how do i cure myself?

it should wear off before it kills you. If the medicine isn't working (either a bug or using the wrong one) then you can heal yourself by exiting back to the menu and reloading the save. I think it will reset your status back to normal even if it is saved while you have status conditions.

Try the antiseptic spray if you have it.
I find that often works when something else doesn't

:Edit If you see green goop appearing above your character use a healing potion and that stops. I've actually taken to using puree , nuts as well as food whenever I go to bed; until it shows I'm full.
That then occasionally gives me a vitamins plus symbol. As well as reducing poisoning.
