Sick people and medicine

Viola and Ada are sick (says poisoned) but it won't let me give them the medicine.
The help screen says that sick people will go to the medical facility on there own, but they do not seem to do so and I keep getting text in the upper left of my screen saying, "I'm sick give me medicine".
Single player/Story
This is NOT part of the plague scenario, I've finished that some time ago.
What do I do?

Check if the facilities are in power station range and get powered. If they get powered, please share your save/server with Dropbox for testing.
Save: Documents/PlanetExplorers/GameSave
Server: ~\Planet Explorers\Server\ServerData\CommonGames（or CustomGames)\(Server Name)

that might be GRV virus and cannot cure, you must finish some missions till they make vaccine .
NPCs never die(only the story let them die), so you can leave them be totally.

Yea, but the thing says poison, and they were in the martian colony so they recieved the vaccine.
" so you can leave them be totally." So you don't think they'll die? That's good, because I have plenty of power at the med station and they're still just complaining.
