Can't find Nela (Spoilers)

I'm at the point where Queenie asks you to find Hannah and you're supposed to go meet Nela. I returned to her cart and it says she's out to restock. After this I've wandered around the entire city, seems like every inch of it, and I can't find her anywhere.

Anyone know where I'm supposed to go next?

Oh! Just behind "Karl" there are green boxes, check those out!

To be more percise, she is standing outside "The Commune", which can be found outside the (closed) subway station.

I'm still having problems with this, the maps don't have a listing for the EYE office or the Commune, and I've been wandering around like half an hour looking for her.

If you look in the green boxes next to Nela's cart, you'll get a receipt with an address on the back. You can ask the cowboy crow map for directions to the place on the receipt, and you'll find her there.

Yes and also look at the signs. They can help point you in the right direction.
