SPOILERS, obviously:

If you give Baruti the information, he confronts the candidate and you find him shot dead in the office later. He then says he left you a copy of the info to take to the Hand.

I assume if you give it to the Hand, he is mad at you but he lives.

The info seems like it will end up with the Hand either way, but in one branch Baruti is dead. Not sure what consequences this may have in later books.

If you talk to him first and then choose to give it to the hand, he is not that mad at you.

If you give it directly to the Hand he is really mad at you but eventually he will call you telling you were right and that he has left Unity and Europolis.

One thing though. If he gets shot in the head you can't take it to the hand cause nela comes and the bomb sequenece begins

this is just a guss based on what his recored message says but it would seem the info he finds after you give him your data might be better then what reza is able to find if you just give it to him. bruti is an inside man so hed be able to get some more info for you
