Apparently it was the lavender man? At least that's what I heard on these forums.

I chose the wrong person too; I'm not entirely sure how you're supposed to pick one over the other because all the men at the market match up back to someone at the meeting.

I picked the lavender man because that was the only verbatim match. The others were related; stained fingers/heavy smoker with the man who smells like tabacco for example, but Kian comments on the kind of tabacco and that he doesn't know it, so that seemed odd to me. Same with, if I remember correctly, a man with quick wheezy breathing, vs a man with wet breathing, which is definitely a difference. It's very subtle, and I was far from sure, but it seems I made the right choice. No idea how you're supposed to be sure.

I rushed through this part and got it wrong. Guess its for the 2nd playthrough.

Yep, the guy who smells like Lavendar is the only one who is an exact match. The smoker, for instance, in the meeting Kian mentions he knows that smell of tobacco well, but the man who smells of smoke in the market, he says he doesn't recognize the type of tobacco. The guy who smells like Lavendar is the only one that is an exact match.

Ahhh, I was thrown off becuse Kian seemed unsure about it when he mentioned lavender in the market. :/
