Zoe has the wrong Job in Book 2.

I played the "stay with old Life" Path and I just discovered in Book 2 that Zoe has the wrong Job:

I could enter the Pandemonium and I was greated like I was working there.. and I could not enter the Labor.


When I starting the Game after Book 2 release I let me choose
- Start Book 2
- Continue

Not sure what is meant to be the correct choose so I selected Continue and was the baby but no matter what I did I couldn't get the mothers attention to open the door. So I went back and selected Start Book 2 instead continue.

Now I wonder ..does Start Book 2 start with a default set or with my previous decisions?

-> Are my previous decisions gone or is it a bug that I could enter the Pandemonium and not the Labor.

It seems that most decisions are correct as if they are from my played game but then it could also but coincident be the same as a standard default decision set...

The Job must be wrong. I never played the "new Life" Path ..if I remember correctly it's a bit long since. (But I don't have that award)

I suggested elsewhere they simply lock Pandemonium until Zoe needs to go in there for Baruti's quest. Zoe herself apparently isn't flagged as having the wrong job, as she spits out the correct voice lines when inspecting Wit.

And which clothes does your Zoe wear? If it's different from Book 1, than it should indeed be a bug.

Hmm good question. It has something orange so I guess it's the correct one from the BioLabor Job Path.

I just read the Book2 baker announcements email and in there they state that you can't play Book2 without haveing played Book1 because it needs to take over decisions from Book 1.
So I am more confident now that I still continue may play from Book1.

Still the Job thing is odd / confusing because Zoe and that Robo Woman really talk like she worked there. She says: why are you here you have your day offf and zoe answers something.

The Wit is the only indication she might not have worked there.

So I guess and hope it's just a "Beauty" - Bug.

you have the right job just the wrong audio is playing read your journle it talks about ada closing the lab for the day. keep playing youll see near the end everything works

You are correct. The journal says Ada and I finished the Book 2 just now and I was in the Labor with Ada at the end. So everything is fine and it's just a beautification bug.
I forgot about the Game haveing a journal. It's so long since Book1.
Very much liked Book 2.
