You need Bri to get the fireworks for you, while you keep the lady distracted with her sandwitch.

Upper where ???? I cant find her. I cant go up any stairs either. I think i see her in the market up on a balcony but how do i get there? I went to the garden that borders oldtown. it has a tower but nobody is there

If you are in the green area where Abnaxus has his house there is quite big stairs to the north you can go up. Keep following the stairs to the top. Anna will be on your left looking out over Oldtown

Upper parts of the map, as in 1 of the streets thats all the way in the top of the map.
I cant remember the name, but she is on street level, near some benches.

if you read the Marcuria Maps and look at the Legends and everything Anna is At the Place Marked as "The Bench" on the Map.
