Just wanted to put this out there. This is my favorite part of the game.

I have literally, on occasions, started the game just to run over to him while I cook food (praise wireless headsets).

I don't suppose anyone's got any ideas where I could get the tracks? I'd love to have them in my car collection, but so far I've only found it on the Apple Store, and since I don't have an iDrive car stereo, I'm not sure I could actually get it to play.

One thing I do know is the full OST will be coming with my physical copy...

I recall something about OST release at game completion, correct me if wrong fans, please.

I just wish I could buy the music somewhere for use with everyday MP3 players, such as my phone or the stereo in my car. It's some of the best music I've heard in the past five years.

Agreed, I still played my TLJ & Dreamfall OST's in the car but I had to make my own MP3's from the disks, though, that was many years ago now. :P

If that's the guy playing his guitar and singing ingame, then I have to say: I DON'T like him. His Music ist so... Blaaaah.
I like the songs from Magnet in "Dreamfall - TLJ" so much better. They are my favourites!

But the ambient sounds/themes are good and the opener from the first book.

Egil's music is awesome. It's available on Spotify — at least in Norway; that might not be the case in other territories, we can't check — and on YouTube. I'm guessing Apple Music will also allow you to stream his albums. If all else fails, you can buy his music via his website: http://egilolsen.com/shop.htm

Unfortunately, for licensing reasons, his tracks will not be on the official soundtrack. That one will only contain Simon Poole's score for the game.

Unfortunately I'm not a fan of streaming music - not that I even have the ability to do so in my car, but still.

I suppose I could fork out some money for international CD shipping, but it's a bummer that it's not available digitally in this day and age (haven't bought a CD since the 90s).
