Making anti aliasing use game settings in AMD control panel helped me
I could only re-create it by tabbing out during a cutscene, but if I turned off anti-aliasing in the game it was not re-creatable anymore.
However, as long as I don't tab out during a cutscene, it does not happen for me at all.
But yeah, try turning off anti-aliasing in the game, it might be your graphics card software's anti-aliasing interfering with the game's built-in one.
I have AMD as well, btw.
I run it in fullscreen with the program "WindowBorderlessGaming"
it is not AMD problem it is unity engine .
