Because the floating teacup wasn't Saga's "thing." Saga said the floating tea cup was something "Rose" used to love and I wondered if Rose was Saga's mother's name - if they told it to us I honestly don't recall....

Saga's mother's name was Etta.

And Queenie had the big blue "stripe" across her eyes - it was a very Saga-related thing as well - and we know April, Saga her mother are all part dragon....

Rose is Queenie's original name. If you remember, Queenie said that she left her original name behind when it was of no more use to her.

I still think Queenie is the Red Dragon/Cortez. If anything, the name "Rose" provides even more evidence for that.

There's at least 1 or 2 more games to come if RTG/Funcom/Ragnar is able to get to it. There's the matter of the War of the Balance, something digging deeper into the dragons, and maybe more. I'm sure we'd find out more about 'Rose' then. Or rather, perhaps, 'Queenie'. All we got so far was the initiation into the longest journey, and the two-part (though ideally it would have been one part) dreamfall arc.
