but you pinky promised to tell everything :( (SPOILERS)
i was looking forward for them to explain everything, like EVERYTHING, as saga promised. these questions should should be answered as it is vital to the story:

-Who is Saga? what about her parents? who are they and what happened to them?
-what is this prophecy that tells saga to come at the right place and the right moments?
-how did crow survived
-does Na'ane got more background aside that she told that she was a slave?

however i don't mind these being left open:

-the father of Zoe's child
-what happened to april

i like how the ending tied most of the stuff, from westhouse, even to hanna and faith, which i had forgotten entirely. but imo, saga should be explored more, the nature of her family and the house, as she is so far a walking deus ex machina that popped and help without more reason that "prophecy is making me do it" and that's a bad way to resolve a conflict

Yes! Unandswered questions. :( But well, I think Saga is April, reborn (sorry for my english). I don't know who is her mother, but I'm pretty sure he's father is Zoe's child. Cause when she is pregnant you unlock the achievemnt "Baby Papa". I don't know about the prophecy (I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW IT). The father of Zoe's child it's Reza I think (I'd love they freed Damien and they had a child <3 ) AAAaaaan April died, in the end. She appears in Lady Alvane's house cause she did it in The longest jorney.

Mystery is important. To know everything, to know the whole truth, is dull. There is no magic in that. Magic is not knowing, magic is wondering about what and how and where.

- Saga seems to be reincarnation of April and White Dragon . If you inspect April's photo in the epilogue Saga says that "she will always be part of me" or somethig like that.
- maybe it's Abnaxus who told her that? i duuno i agree this prophecy stuff is the worst part of the ending
-reincarnation probably. There is a book about reincarnation in epilogue and Saga is April reincarnated so it would make sense
-i she only shows up to save Enu and you don't talk to her anymore so i doubt

im just trying to remember now what was saga's mother actually typing. couldn't it be those books with prophecies saga fulfilled.
Minty_Mints Jun 18, 2016 @ 4:38am
ill try to explain it, if it makes any sense (sorry if it doesnt anxiety messed my hands up and i cant type to well :( )

-when apil died saga was born, like saga is april re encarnated which is why they her parents had to live in a house which is between worlds, which is why they keep refering to "its not safe to go out, its unstable" like the parts between the house and arcadia/stark (sorry cant remeber what its called) and i think sagas mother got lost in there which is why she didnt come back. saga leaves when shes older and her farther trys looking for a way to bring his wife back but end up going evil.

-and i think saga knew her path which was to stop the dream world form being destroyed, through music i think? (i think i remember her making referances to it if you check the chart and examine the guitar)

-crow im not to sure about i think it has somthing to with multiple versions of crow from different points in time and/or maybe somhow saga was able to bring him back

-the father of zoeys child i would assume was ressa even if you pushed him away because the baba yaga ate the bad memorys of what you did to him and they said somthing like 'the memorys dont belong to you anymore' and 'youll remember them as a dream'

was kind of disapointed that they didnt have any conclusion to bips story or referance queenie as being old woman saga

maybe people can add to this or explain it better, but hope it helps :Ribbon:

Wasn't that a reference that the old Saga is Queenie when she said she was gonna have a cup of tea in a floating teacup?Along with the same red pillows I think Queenie had before.

I agree that not explaining everything is part of the charm this game has. Even though I really want to know. Badly :D Personally I'd like to know more about that prophecy that brought Saga there. I agree that's the weakest link there... too convenient and so. Is Saga always going around saving people thanks to prophecys? Where did she get them? Anal of Dreaming? I'd even put aside my desire to know more about the Kin for that :D

That thing with Zoë's kid being Saga's dad also occured to me thanks to the achievment but somehow it doesn't feel right. Like it's too much... too much connection between everybody significantly imporant for the story.

But to be honest I think there is so much left to tell from this world. April's and Crow's journey... maybe what actually happened is Azadir? (poor king Kian XD ) so I hope that in the long term run The Red Thread Games are not done with this world yet.

- How did the "prophet" convince an entire nation to go on a war against magicals? He was just a random guy who just appeared out of nowhere and said "hey lets build this engine because muh god, oh yeah and magicals gotta die because muh god".

- What happened to the parents of Saga? Where did her mom end up? Why didnt she come back? Where did her father go? Who are they even?

- I chose to not let Brian Westhouse stay in abraxus' house and shoved him outside while being very secretive of why I was there. I felt that played zero part in C5.

- How the hell did Kian become King? What was this Bloodless King? He was a traitor to his entire nation and 3 years later he became a king and we don't get to see how.

Personaly I don't think it is that hard, especially in the country so religious as Azadir. I mean if you're convincing enough, show some miracless and questions faith of everyone who dares to oppose you. Look how Kian acted the first time we met him. Totally brainwashed instrument of religion.

Saga mentions her mother got lost fooling around with the pads and all, back at home. I mean the house holds shifts and pads enerywhere, it's filled with magic. And Saga insist that she must left at a concrete time so she doesn't get lost too.

And I wanna know soooo bad all that happens in Azadir, all about The Bloodless King and omg. I just wanna know. I like mistery but this is way too much, I need to know :(

I am really looking forward for the stretch goal "The Director's Cut" with the COMMANTARY TRACK! Will it be released? If so, we could have a chance to understand more...

I thought most of it was explained pretty well, if you take the time to think about it:

1. Saga is the re-incarnation of April, and the white dragon. They are the same soul. That is why Saga draws April's journeys when she is young, she is remembering her past life through dreams. And that is also why the white dragon speaks to her through a shift, calling her "sister daughter".

Saga becomes the adopted daugther of Kian Alvane, thus making her "Lady Alvane" (as Crow calls her at the end of TLJ). We know she most likely fought in "The War Of The Balance" and helped bring the worlds to "Reunification". In her old age she retuns to her home, The House Of All Worlds, where she awaits her guest...April Ryan.

2. The prophecy - you're right, this is not explained and is sort of a Deus Ex Machina. But this is not the first time the concept of prophecy and destiny is introduced in the series. April knew of her destiny from Cortez, and Saga must have met a similiar character on one of her many journeys through the worlds. Maybe we will find out more about it in Journey's birth?

3. How did Crow survive - we see Saga picking the dead Crow up and taking him with her. We assume Saga can perform re-incarnation (there is a book on the subject at the House Of All Worlds), and thus it appears she resurrected Crow. We see a small Crow standing on her shoulder in Sadir, so she must have taken Crow's soul and transferred it to another bird, much as her own soul was transferred from April. It probably wasn't the first time either, which explains why Crow is so unique and special - he is an old re-incarnated soul.

4. Na'ane - I don't really understand why you're asking about her. Is there some mystery left regarding Na'ane's origins? She's just a side character..

5. The father of Zoe's child - It doesn't really matter, just imagine who you want it to be :)

6. What happened to April - I believe I answered that already. see question 1 :)

Hopefully that helped clear some things up for you.

As for the speculation about Zoe's child being Saga's father, I think the achievement is just a play on the phrase "baby mama." If you look at the portrait of Zoe multiple times in the house at the very end, you get the comment that Zoe had a daughter.

i think bloodless king means he doesn't have a shred of royal blood in him. just a regular guy, with blood and sweat, rise from apostle to king, leading people in time of despair and all.

also what's with april at the very end? i guess, since saga can travel trough space-time, she is the one who can bring april back to her era
