How do you save crow from the cage? I put water on the kindling but he still caught it on fire anyway i dont know what to do now! please help.

Drink it, then put the flagon down. Ask the wine seller for another sample, this time pick the Dragon's Breath. Drop that on the kindling.

There is an empty cup near the beer kegs, just put it in place of the small cup you got your wine sample in.
