i know how to move on but as soon as i tell oner where crow is i run up to crow and tell him to fly there but i can never get him there before the man leaves... by seconds im missing out repeatedly, i know i have a slower computer and have hit these walls with not being fast enough before but i turned everything way down and keep trying for hours and eventually get it just in the nick of time, but not this time... i will take any suggestions other than upgrading because i cant afford it! TIA

If You'r doing all right and tell the man to the barrels, and You just not have anough time to run back to command Crow cose of spec. PC of Your's, try for this time set the lowest visual quality as posible and disable all vsync, AA, shadows or else.
If even then You not fast enough, try all time You run look at sky. In this way system will not must render all objects on scren and make a lot fps.
P.S. This game is wonderful ending of The longest Journey trilogy, but have poor optimisation in locations Propast and Mercuria. Cose of thet I've need to set visual quality to medium for me.
