If you get close enough...The devs totally modeled Zoe's privates, you can see faint outlines through the underwear.

Is this the first time a Female ding dong has been so explicitly shown in a videogame? (That isn't just a hentai game or whatever)

Panty is a texture/ 2D and the jaggy butt is a mesh/ 3D, maybe they have a hard time making plump and smooth round.

I don't think so, there are many very round pretty models ingame like Saga's globe and the Waticorp logo, they probably were just (unfotunately) not too worried about Zoe's butt.
