64bit dlls are ignored on loading.
Do you really notice a difference with/without the 64bit dll (I suspect it's placebo and simply skipped on loading)?
Very strange also it crashes for you... there is no reason why, unless you patched the game or forgot some strange exe Compatibility flags enabled like "Ignore full screen optimization" conflicting with the dxvk wrapper.
2) /x64 DLLs are ignored? Well, that might be a fact;
3) Before, there was occassional jittery during moving from side to side (camera jerks sometimes); with DLLs I haven't noticed anything like that. Nevertheless, will double check without DLLs & with'em;
4) I did not apply any other patches to the game, neither used any compatibility flags. As soon as I would like to try to launch the game (with applied /x32 DLLs & prepared "dxvk.conf", of course), it crashes on the spot; before even Capcom's splash screen.
Your case remains a mystery since that's how Windows OS architecture works when running a 32bit app... but if you made it work we're all happy 😉
The difference before/after is a perfect sync at 60fps with a visibly smoother scrolling always (frame pacing perfect and in sync with screen refresh), not just removing random hiccups.
