Ачивка "Look Ma, No Spats!" ПОМОГИТЕ

Никак не могу выбить ачивку "Look Ma, No Spats!", по видосам понятно что народ как-то регулирует высоту прыжка, у меня же это не выходит и потому основной проблемой для меня, являются потолки с колючками.

Make sure you set your pogo to easy instead of hard in the options. For me, I had to change this setting every time I started the game. To make a smaller jump, just let go of the jump button quickly and make sure to press it again before you land.
