Tips for final boss big form (yellow bottle)

Everything else about the boss is pretty easy, but the big form is damn impossible.
I know you can pogo on him, but getting on him can be hard. Getting on him without being hit is near impossible.
After you do get on him you just got to hope the buggy hitbox works. I can't tell you how many times I've taken damage while jumping on him.

Just on my last try I got through 3 or 4 forms with just one hit, but then in the big form I lost all of my health and died.

Any tips?

Are you sure that you are talking about DuckTales? It is allready some time ago that I played this game, but I can't remember any boss which transforms into a yellow bottle. The last boss is Dracula Duck he defnitley won't transform into a yellow bottle.

I meant the Dracula Duck's big form (to which he transform when Magica throws a yellow bottle)

I have beaten him many many times, but that's the only form I have trouble with. I'm currently trying to beat the game on Extreme so every little bit helps.
I just got to the race to the coin part with 2 lives, but lost all of them there...

I already beat it on Extreme :)
I got lucky with Dracula. Though I had enough lives that I could have tried it quite a few times, I beat him on the first or second(not sure) try.
By the end, I had like 5 or 6 extra lives. :)

But for posterity, by "aside his teeth", do you mean outside his mouth?
I didn't think to try that exactly.
I did try ducking inside his mouth, but the roof of his mouth does seem to still hit you there, even if the teeth don't.

I don't intend to play any more of it I don't think, but maybe someone else will find this thread/topic helpful. :)

Well, I seem to remember trying to duck inside his mouth, but I only tried it once since it didn't work. Maybe I ducked too close to the teeth or something. Can't remember.

If you duck too slowly, you'll get hit regardless of whether you duck or not. However, once you have the timing down, getting through this form without taking damage is no issue.
