Bosses now drop loot, and you decide who wears it. Every class has also been rebalanced so everyone levels at a fairer pace, whatever they play.

• Bosses drop loot. When a boss is defeated, everyone still standing earns an item, and fallen fighters have a 40% chance.

• Five equipment slots per viewer: Helmet, Chestplate, Weapon and two Amulets.

• What gear does: Helmets and Chestplates add max HP, Weapons add damage, and Amulets add HP, damage, attack speed, ability chance or bonus XP.

• Five rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Rarer items are stronger, Rare and up roll extra bonuses, and Legendaries are named after the boss that dropped them.

• Later waves drop stronger items.

• Class weapons: Knights and Paladins use Swords, Wizards and Priests use Staffs, Rogues use Daggers and Archers use Bows. Viewers always earn a weapon their class can use.

• Loot drops are announced in chat, and the best Rare, Epic or Legendary drop pops up on the overlay.

• Click any viewer on the home screen to open their window. It shows their gear, their stats and what their gear adds.

• One shared bag holds spare items for the whole stream (30 slots, adjustable on the Custom save).

• Drag and drop items from the bag onto a viewer to make them stronger, drag worn items back to the bag, or double-click to do the same.

• Bin: drag an item onto the Bin to throw it away.

• Auto Equip (on by default): new items go straight onto the viewer who earned them when the slot is empty or the item is better. Turn it off to hand everything out yourself.

• Viewers can't change gear from chat, so it can't be used to spam.

Fast classes used to level up to 3x quicker than slow ones. The gap is now much smaller, and every class gets stronger at the same rate.

• XP per hit now depends on attack speed: Archer and Rogue 7, Knight, Wizard and Priest 10, Paladin 14.

• Every class now earns 3 bonus XP when its ability goes off, including Knight blocks, Paladin damage reductions and Priest heals.

• New boss kill bonus: +25 XP for everyone still standing when the boss dies, +10 if they fell.

• Damage gained per level now depends on attack speed (Archer and Rogue +0.6, Knight, Wizard and Priest +1, Paladin +1.6), so fast classes no longer pull away at high levels.

• Attack speed slowed from 1.5s to 2.5s.

• Damage raised from 14-20 to 16-22.

• Burn chance raised from 10% to 15%.

• Damage lowered from 9-14 to 8-12. The 25% critical hit chance is unchanged.

• Damage lowered from 9-14 to 8-12. The 25% double strike chance is unchanged.

• Damage changed from 14-20 to 14-18.

• Block chance raised from 10% to 12%.

• Damage raised from 9-14 to 20-26.

• Health raised from 1.0x to 1.2x.

• Damage reduction chance raised from 10% to 15%.

• Damage raised from 7-11 to 8-12.

• Heals the party every 15-20 seconds instead of 20-25.

• Heal amount raised from 15 to 18.

• The Priest now keeps half of its own heal instead of a third.

• New !commands (or !help): the chat bot explains how to play. Pick a class once with !class, then type !attack once to join the fight. Fighters keep attacking on their own.

• Custom command prefix: change the ! to anything you like in Options > Twitch, for example .attack and .class knight.

• The home screen now has a Chat commands card listing every command, including the ones for you and your mods.

• Suited Up: equip an item on a viewer (Auto Equip counts).

• Fully Geared: fill all five of a viewer's equipment slots.

• Spring Cleaning: throw an item in the Bin.

• Added a Discord button to the home screen.

• The overlay and the app now use the same font, and emojis have been removed for a cleaner look on stream.

Existing levels are kept. The new rules apply from your next stream on the Default save. Thanks for playing, and happy slaying!
