My account does not exist.

So I was trying to launch the game through Steam and it wanted me to register. That's doable. But I couldn't - "Please use a different email account".

After trying a few times, I decided to register at the game's website. Yay, success! Email received, account confirmed c:
Now that I have an account, I can finally play the game!

Logging in...
"Invalid password"
I'm 100% sure I type in the correct password, I tried changing the keyboard mode (Ctrl+Shift) a few times, viewed my password in the confirmation email several times to compare it...

I wanted to contact support on this issue. "Invalid password". Then how the hell am I able to view my account's details?

It doesn't work even if I try to launch the game via its direct launcher from common/Elsword folder. "Such account does not exist."

Anyone else encountered this issue?

I tried! When the login screen shows up, I type my email and password. My account still doesn't exist.

Just tried again - same story.

damn. i can run game by elsword.exe. steam launcher wont work at all. maby registering another account since its free?

I can't do anything.

Can't log in via neither of launchers, can't contact Support, can't recover my password (emails still not received - I believe it should be insantly received like the registration confirmation).

Does it mean I won't get to play this game?

Well Metal the only thing you can do (IF you do not hear from support and want to just play) is register a new account under a different email address. You will have to play the game through the Elsword Launcher but at least you will be able to play.

For some reason now I can contact support withr my original email...I hope they'll answer shortly; this game looks like lots of fun.

Also, I did try to create another account, didn't help :C My accounts still don't exist as much as they can.

I need help finding a place to recover the email. My douchebag ex snuck into my account and changed the username and password and also added a security pin to it since the steam version keeps me logged in. And when I go to recover the information on the website, I can't because you need your information to get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ support!!!

Also before I forget, I did NOT give him my information. He was using my laptop when he came over and ♥♥♥♥.

Some help would be nice because I confronted him myself but he was a ♥♥♥♥ and lied to my face about knowing nothing. Only reason why I know he lied was because not my level one rose being level 8 and the security code that I never had.
