April 29, 2015: Reaper title can no longer be discovered.
Players will no longer be able to uncover the conditions to unlock the title.
Players who already uncovered the conditions to unlock the title may still work on completing said conditions until May 26, 2015.
May 27, 2015: Reaper title cannot be unlocked anymore.
If you read the "Dev Diaries" or any sort of "forum post" it'll tell you all about it, although i checked the information some time ago beforehand.
P.S. Not to be a downer, but i'm pretty sure you need to do about 800 runs, and if you only have "27" you're probably not going to make it.
What a shame .-.

Well, technically this post wasn't meant for just you, but I can see where you misunderstood with me quoting your post, mistake made, 100% chance of it not happening again.

(-_-) But then again...even by just looking at what I said, if one applies something called: Common Sense, they would realize I do runs for this title everyday, hence why I said all of those things in my spoiler....so it wouldn't make sense to stay at 27, even if you don't know what I do all day. How could I still be at the number? Where would all that effort be then?

For one thing you've put "try" which obviously just serves my point of "I have to assume" basically, this would mean you could be busy with school, family problems, etc the list goes on
which could lead to you still being at 27 due to other priorities, but from "your logic" I should have already known when basically, I don't know you technically. Makes sense right? If that's the kind of logic you have then there's not too much more to say here.
And as usual assuming someone's "taking things the wrong way" and the funny thing is you being "playful" just like Demn and the others is why stupid stuff happens here.

Again, what have you done that you can be credited for? And if anything, I'm the person who tries to get things back on topic, because of certain derailers like Demn, try to get things off topic with the most idiotic remarks. And yes, it's pretty inactive and I'm trying my best to get people active, but compared to you're loner group: Gaming-Pro-Associations", I wouldn't be talking if I were you. I SINCERELY LOL'D to the fact that you're the group owner of a group that has no other member other than you. I really did. I was actually crying as a matter of fact, because of the irony. And again, I don't know who is "half of these people" in "I have no idea how half of these people put up with you".
