Help with Elsword purchase!
Hey, I play Elsword on steam and I've just made a purchase on en.elswordonline.com which I thought was connected to steam. I've made a purchase on NA's website but it hasn't shown up on my steam account (which is using the same email as each other) what do I do?

Yo! What's up Obito, lol! What type of purchase was it? You need to be more specific! Do you mean you bought something with K-Ching ON a different client then Steam? So you used the website's version?

you lost the money, the only way to buy kching in steam version of elsword is with steam wallet in-game

Yes, I paid for around 2000 K-Ching on en.elswordonline.com (NA's website) and my steam Elsword runs off the same email so I thought since they are both connected by the same email that the money would go to my Elsword's steam. Luckily now I've installed Elsword NA and have made an account on that, and there the money was...but not on my steam. I think I can just send the K-Ching from my NA account to Steam Elsword's account?

Did you close the game and went back in?

If you did buy the K-Ching press U on your keyboard and it shows beside your res stones.

That's all I can think of to be honest, can you go a little more in depth about it?
