elsword won't let me buy el shards

I tried to reload game restart but still won't let me buy EL shards I can buy other stuff not not EL shards. Is there something I have to do just to buy one?
Also can't buy the armor/weapon enchance blessing things

same situation, i try buying from both Echo (elder town alch) and the lizard alch in bothemia. do i need to have both EP and AP?

You have to be certain ranks for certain socket stones.

You can buy el shards off of an alchemist in town, however, they cost AP (arena points that you can get in pvp) and ED.

Not enough Arena Points (AP), I guess? Also, this event is giving 5 Elshards for each piece of Diabolic Timecode.
