which eve is better ?

is code nemesis or seraph better and why ? i just made a eve today still super low level but wanted to know which of the two i should use and what skills to use i mean i know you build magic attack and hp and physical defense on her but other than that i am lost and dont know what other stats to increase on her

Code Nemesis is better for 1:1 PVP while Code Battle Seraph is better for PVE (or 3:3 PVP).

im sorry, but code nemesis is NOT good for pvp or for the game itself. She may have iron scraps but thats all. No good catches compared to both eves, only source of dmg is core, combos are not very good, high KD, the list goes on. Just go to any tier pvp list and CN is just below DW
CBS is good for pve and pvp, she has good catches, annoying actives, BIG MEB, good dmg, low kd combos.
CeM is way better in both pvp and pve compared to both eves

well im new and i made a diabolic esper and well i messed his stats up bad i die way to quick he is level 65 and i seen eve and was not sure what one of the three to actually pick and or what skills to max
um so what eve is the best and what skills are best for a build ?

Just go for summons
You cant ♥♥♥♥ up stats, you die too quick because you need to git gud
