So i'm the bad guy now?

So get this, playing Elsword, pvp with my bro and log off. Next day, I log back on, but im suspended from doing anything. My steam account got hacked and someone charged a ♥♥♥♥ ton of money for a game and now my account was suspended. But wait, theres more! Now my elsword account is permanently banned due to the incident, and all 12 characters I worked hard to get to SS, and spent money on are all gone. Because hey, I guess im the bad guy. Thank you Steam Support for not actually helping me, and thank you KoG for doing what you do best, not giving a ♥♥♥♥.And I'd like to mention, KoG didnt give a ♥♥♥♥ faster than Steam Support could, sent them a ticket 2 days ago and no reply. So I guess I was ♥♥♥♥♥♥ before I could even fix this.

There are only two posibilities as to why this happened.

For your steam account being hacked, did you by chance give away your password for a tempting offer or whatsoever. Tempting as they may be, don't give away your password.

Perhaps made personal attacks to someone and they asked you to stop and yet you continued, if that's not the case, I suggest sending KoG a ticket.

if they charged alot of money to, theres other ways to get passwords, like tricking someone's email to recovery and backdoor programs to see what one types and goes on, obtaining it like that though illegal it may be, its bout as easy for some people as finding out someone else's IP and personal info, illegal as it mayt be

On the password, i never gave it away, i wouldnt do that, i mean i all got is FF7, Elsword(Had i guess), Withcer, KOF, and apparently a game called chivalry or something like that. And i never "attacked" anyone, unless it was in elsword. In pvp. When we were hitting eachother. if that counts at all.. And yeah, I sent them a ticket, and they sent one saying they arent gonna help in the nicest way possible.

well they do have a secondary password thing you could have used.. its like a number combination i used it for ages.. epc since steam you dont need too login.. you just need steam details.. and i goto cyber cafes now and then too play with friends so its like.. needed in my eyes.. this probably doesnt help but just for anyone else who might have concerns about there password getting hijacked you also get a daily bonus cube for useing that code thing xD DO IT

also steam has a thing called steam guard that requires you too have a security code sent too your email address too verify that its you who is useing your account.. honestly you dont get any sympathy from me.

Dude, I feel you too. I got my main account banned with my first character ever made on NA! I had so much memories! I had that account for about 2 years! Oh, well! They don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about anyone else. It's legit only about the money. You think the GMs help? NOPE! All they do is come and do those stupid ass events that they always do and then they leave. No help, whatsoever! I sometimes wonder what they do! But, I don't care anyways! That's why I am on Void Elsword now. Just try it. (www.elsword.to)

You do know Elsword has its own independant service from Steam, right? The user login is completely different. And if you used the same password for Elsword as you do for your e-mail which is your login...
