Which regions?
I can't find the game on steam. And through Google it puts me on region lock Steam site.
Is it not available on Europe? Finland in my case.

(._.) Try going on the website and downloading it from there! I'm pretty sure it's availabe in Europe! Germany has a server there too!

If, not that then the last resort is...Void Elsword! You don't have to, but the private servers of that game are all in Europe anyways! I think the UK!

Other than that I don't know anything else...sorry!
