Just for start, the game has a Steam version, but if you haven't started directly from Steam, there's no way to migrate your account here, unless you play in North America. Why is that? South America and other regions are excluded from being able to link their accounts.
Another thing, they don't release normal dungeons anymore.
It’s the raidfest era, the game was totally geared towards the taste of Korean players, who are mostly a bunch of hardcore and lifeless fanatics.
Want to play just for the story? You can’t even do that anymore, if you don’t have 10kk+ CP and you’re not in a guild. Don’t have friends? You screwed up. Solo mode (1 player) just for the story? NO. It never will.
Trying your luck in the queue? Forget it. You'll spend hours waiting there for nothing.
Set up a group yourself in the room system? Sometimes someone shows up, but they're usually weaker than you, and you end up not being able to do the raid. If you join a team that's already prepared, with stronger people, they'll kick you out.
Currently, in terms of comparison, GrandChase Classic is a bit more user-friendly in this regard than Elsword. It's far from perfect, but at least it's better. Until KOG decides to ruin him too.
