Well, yes they are speaking Japanese, but the text is just translating what they are saying.
Wrong, Yukio. They are speaking Korean. Everyone speaks Korean in this game. We get our voice clips straight from the KR server.

The only ones that have different voice acting are all the other servers. Even Europe has their own voice clips, buttttt we don't talk about those... *shivers*

Voice dubbing is hard to get because everyone sucks
You're all really bad at this.

It was originally created in Korean (i.e., the game was conceptualized by KOG Korea and created by them). We don't get localized audio because it's EXTREMELY expensive to do, and takes a long time -- so we get stuck with the original voice acting from Korea.

Umm.... LunarFrog, I mentioned all of that above. Except for the expensive portion. O_O

but they have localized voice over in JAPAN, CHINA and EU! :(
Trust me, we don't need our own voices. They'll make ONE mistake with an actor that they pick, and everyone will rage. Not only that, its less annoying hearing a game in a different language than it is in our own language. Its more.... 'cool' that way.
