I have been playing for 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ YEARS and grinded items such as boss drops and even bought a LOT of k-ching items (worth around 10-20k U.S dollars)..4/21/14 i was hacked and ALL MY K-CHING was gone AND THE SAME GOES FOR THE ED, THE SPECIALS SUCH AS SHARDS AND DUNGEON KEYS, AND IT WAS ALL WASTED. I right this mssg to not only steam but i am spreading this to the forums on elsword,facebook, and all the network websites i can think of. KoG is a trap and a scam where they will NOT REFUND UR LOST ITEMS. Also every ticket that i sent in regarding issues they ALWAYS SENT BACK TICKETS THAT WERE SARCASTIC such as lines saying "Oh, its you again" and "I hope you are having a good day, its good to see you again". recently my hacker has been punished and banned. HOWEVER, they STRONGLY STATE how they WILL NOT reimbursment my items OF ANY KIND. ALL MY K-CHING AND IN GAME EARNED ITEMS GONE. here is the final mssg that they say the hacker is banned and will not help me reclaim my items

in this mssg it also states that this account is shared.YA ITS SHARED, WITH ME,MYSELF, AND I ONLY. I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY INFO ON MY ACCOUNT TO ANYONE OR ANYTHING. AND TO WRAP IT ALL UP. I NO LONGER HAVE INTEREST IN THIS GAME. I AM BOYCOTTING AND TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS TO GET BACK FOR WHAT THEY ARE NOT DOING..IN THE POLICY IT STATES THAT EVERYTHING WE PUT IN OUR ACCOUNT SUCH AS THE CASH ITEMS ARE AT OUR OWN RISK. So even with the exception of the godlike login-using-password-and-a-number-lock the hackers can STILL get in?

*sighs* Also, no caps, my son. Frustration is a heavy thing right now, for sure, but did you have a password AND the number pin enabled? Was it a LONG pin? I mean your account is already screwed so why care now? (Im not saying give the actual password. O_O)

I'm only asking because I personally haven't heard anything about people being hacked in awhile since the PIN system got here. And if it does still happen its happening a hell of a lot less.

That's been the reoccuring problem with their CS. They'll go to great lengths to put minimal efforts to player incidents, including account restoration. Your account was logged into a different IP because it got hacked? Account sharing, no restores.

no thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just cuz it was a different IP address thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, of course its gonna be a different IP address when the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hacker himself hacked me. its a NO ♥♥♥♥ moment. KoG is wrong and they know they are wrong and I have full rights to sue them and I will do that and easily win because of how stupid this rule is. If ANYONE got hacked fo course its gonna be a different IP Address. KoG is making BS lies and is not trust worthy at all. SO in other words i deserve my reimbursements from this horrible company.EVEN ONE OF THE GM'S LEFT BECAUSE OF THIS. They know they are wrong, they do not care bout their comunity and therefore I have full rights to sue.And anyone who puts caps is only trying to make sure you notice the mssg, again im here trying to tell you guys what happened and dont play KoG games.

I don't really pay attention to the legal side of things, so I don't know if you can really sue them for not. Their Customer Service has been terrible, and it's only been getting worse; I've made no attempts to hide this.

It's possible but less likely. Even then, I don't think the game gives you any indicator to set up a PIN unless you actually look through your options. The reason I have a PIN is I was around when they introduced it, and there was an event proclaiming it.

Well its sorta right there when your trying to exit the right way. he never mention anything about having a pin. If he had a pin, the hacker wouldnt know what it was unless hes been logging for a long ass time trying to find out. The other is that he gave his pin away. That or another web had a Heartbleed security bug and took the infomation from there.

Edit- Wait nvm its not there anymore, didnt notice they removed it. its now where you choose your character. Also if you didnt have a pin, when you click on it it automaticaly log you in so huh go figure.

Hes right, actually. When you press ESC in game you have to scroll down the list of options to get to 'Exit Game'... one of them involves the security pin. Its not like its hidden from us or anything.

I've had the PIN enabled ever since we got the system because before we had it (and we all know this) everyone and their mother was getting hacked. I didn't want that. PIN system came, I put it on, and I stopped hearing about people being hacked.... until now.

At this point I dont have a problem with me getting hacked by a bypass or however they did it, but the fact of the matter is they wont give me a reinbursement which is really pissing me off
