First Guild, Any advice?

I just made my first guild called Vince and I was wondering if I could get some tips on how to manage one. Also, since this is newly created and no one has joined yet, it would be really nice if you could also join it, if you want. :3

helping lowbe characters level is a good thing for a guild for me if they help me level too cap i grenally stick around for a bit if not i just leave and go too the board and check for new ones :p youll find though that not many people actually play for too long had people come though in the one im in.. we got about 3 4 core players.(we had about 8 for a while outta 50 people but it takes time too find serious players sure if you help each other with end game content and things like that youll be a successful guild. and the rest just stop playing about 45 or so..

also you just gotta figure out are you a pvp guild or pve and base your skills around which you want.. you can change em at anypoint or craft a skill boost for a month i think it is.. but other then that just keep at it and soon youll be a level 15 guild xD

Just some advice because I have my own guild too: I dunno, have like a theme for your guild! Your guild needs to have a purpose and you have to let people know why you made this guild and who is it for? More specifcally, you should tell them what type of guild it is (Ex. PvP, Pve, Henir, GoD, SD, Social, Anime, Manga, etc.) Also, you must have a certain target, like what type of people do you want in your guild! Also, get in the habit of GETTING A LOT OF EL SHARDS! It stinks when you got people's application, but you can't bring them into a guild, because of the guild limit! So get a lot of Guild Extension Tickets from Ariel! You need 40 Mystery and 10 of everything else! :) Also, PUT UP GUILD ADS ALL THE TIME! And make it short/ straight to the point, creative, Flashy/ eye-catching or noticable, and try to ALWAYS state what people you are looking for, like if you are looking for a specific character, level, or class! Also, once you get guild members be extremely social and regularly check inactivity for your guild, you can also set up a specific date for kicking, if they are barely on Elsword. ALSO! Have a good guild message and character information! They may be little things, but it helps build some sort of personality for you and your guild members! Also, give your members awards/rewards like Guild Rank Promotion! Have guild members or friends that you really trust be Adminastrators or Officers! But just so you know, Officers and up can only invite guild members! Admins can also change the guild message and put up ads, as well! Try soing dungeons with guild members to increase guild level and get good guild skills! And most of all....HAVE SOME FREAKING FUN! \(^_^)/ Lol
