What I want to know is if there's anything we can do about it, or whether the developers at the very least are aware of the issue and working to correct it. Kind of difficult to progress in the game if you can't finish a dungeon and all that, ya know?

watch you have good internet connecion (FROM ELSWORD AND STEAM)

ALSO watch the time, if it is 4 AM, of course will fail

If server needs maintence, you can't re-open the game, it just opens a window saying "server maintence" or if it continues, watch the FAC

P.E: I am from argentina, and at 8 AM sometimes I lost conneccion to server (ELSWORD) but then I re-open to play it and it works nice
